Hi! I’m Susan McCanless, the owner/artist behind JPress Designs and, now, SMc. Originals. Although I have a strong background is in graphic design, illustration and typography, I have always had a special place in my heart for drawing and painting. Now I am thrilled to be sharing my latest creative - and most personal - venture with you. The original pieces of SMc. Originals are truly a labor of love. I’ve found inspiration in all facets of my life, from my childhood in Tennessee to my young adult life in New York and my latest adventure, which finds me living and creating in Oakland, California.
